Founded in 1994, The Vallejo Company has serviced all over the Northeast Ohio area in heavy highway trucking and underground utilities for public and private sectors. Starting in 2013 under new management and changing to a female-owned small business, The Vallejo Company continued its key services and expanded services to gas, water & sewer install and repairs, directional boring, and hard restoration in both asphalt and concrete.

Katharine Yaroshak
With over 20+ years in construction, Katie gained ownership of The Vallejo Company in 2013 and has led the team to new sectors and opportunities. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
Mark Adzema, CPESC, PE
Mark became vice president and part owner of The Vallejo Company in 2013 where he has helped build Vallejo’s underground utility division – mainly concentrating on natural gas line underground pipe installations. He enjoys woodworking and spending time with his wife and two sons. He is also the number one fan of his two sons Justin and Brent as he enjoys watching them play baseball for their high school and travel teams.
